Our academy provides a safe space for the boys to develop healthy relationships, enhance their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills and develop extraordinary young men.

Too much is being ASSUMED.
An untrained boy cannot just learn how to handle his emotions from the blues. He grows up dissatisfied and angry due to never being trained to accept his emotions as part of him. The untrained boy runs away from his emotions by disassociating from them. He turns to alcohol, women, and drugs for a temporary escape.
At the end OF YOUR BOYS’ TIME WITH US, there will be clear transformational evidence in the boys. Their IQ level, disposition to life, focus and ability to manage their emotions and anger outbursts will be evident and proven.

The BOYZ4REAL ACADEMY will help the boys build a community of great-minded teens where they can feel safe to develop healthy relationships to boost their interpersonal skills and not rely on hiding behind the television, internet, social media and games for friendship. They will have the opportunity to break away from social devices and help them make contact with peers, where they will share ideas, collaborate, have fun and grow.
Registration for each course opens annually between April and November.
Students can choose to enrolL in individual courses or, for maximum benefit, opt for the full curriculum of all seven courses.
Each course runs for 4 to 5 weeks and includes a blend of pre-recorded learning videos and interactive face-to-face lectures with our Course Mentors.

Bukola Jolugbo (Kiki) is a passionate and visionary woman of faith, who embarked on a decade-long mission to grow the capacity of boys and men to reach their full potential. Observing the growing attack against the male gender since relocating to the UK in 2009, Kiki continually asked, “What can be done for the men?” In 2014, the vision of Joshua’s Army was born, and in 2016, she launched the dream of working with teenage boys and families to create a positive impact on their lives.
