The Challenge
In a world that has heavily focused on empowering the female gender, we recognized the pressing need to uplift and empower young men. With societal inadequacies and a lack of positive male role models, many boys are left to grow up without proper guidance, leading to potential challenges in their journey to manhood.
Our Founder's Vision
Bukola Jolugbo (Kiki) is a passionate and visionary woman of faith, who embarked on a decade-long mission to grow the capacity of boys and men to reach their full potential. Observing the growing attack against the male gender since relocating to the UK in 2009, Kiki continually asked, “What can be done for the men?” In 2014, the vision of Joshua’s Army was born, and in 2016, she launched the dream of working with teenage boys and families to create a positive impact on their lives.

We are committed to equipping these boys with the necessary tools and guidance to become visionary leaders who fulfill their true potential and make a profound positive impact in both their homes and society at large.
Our Mission
Our mission is to see our sons walk in line with God’s will and agenda for the male gender. We aim to foster role-model relationships between fathers and sons through godly teaching and tips, providing support for families with teenage boys to experience family bliss and harmony.
